Terms of Service

Altrina is an automation platform and data management system with built-in AI features designed to help users streamline workflows, connect external accounts, and manage information through secure, automated tools.

• 2.1 Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• 2.2 Business Use: Use is permitted by individuals, businesses, and government organizations.
• 2.3 Restricted Jurisdictions: You may not use the Services if you are located in, or a resident of, any U.S.-sanctioned country or otherwise prohibited under U.S. export laws.

• 3.1 Registration Required: To access and use the Services, you must create an account.
• 3.2 Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• 3.3 Connected Accounts: Some features may require connecting third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace). This is optional and subject to the relevant provider's terms.
• 3.4 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4.1 You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 You may not:

• Engage in scraping, botting, or automated activity not explicitly supported by Altrina
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security controls, or modify the Services
• Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or abusive content
• Misuse the automation features for impersonation, fraud, or any activity in bad faith
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services

Altrina reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

• 5.1 User Ownership: You retain all rights to the data, files, and content you upload or connect through the Services ("User Content").
• 5.2 License to Operate the Service: You grant Altrina a limited, non-exclusive license to process User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
• 5.3 AI-Generated Output: AI features may generate content or suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before acting on them.

• 6.1 Altrina's AI features may produce incorrect or incomplete information.
• 6.2 Altrina does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice unless this is expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
• 6.3 You agree that you will not rely solely on AI outputs without appropriate human review.

7.1 Altrina may offer free or paid plans. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies may be updated from time to time and will be described in the Services.

7.2 Trial periods (if any) and promotional offers will also be described within the Services.

• 8.1 The Services are provided on a best-effort basis, and Altrina does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• 8.2 Altrina may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
• 8.3 Enterprise or Government Customers: If you have a separate signed agreement (e.g., Master Services Agreement, SOW, or Government Contract), that agreement will govern to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

If you connect Google accounts, Altrina will access Google data strictly in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Altrina does not use Google Workspace data to develop or train generalized AI/ML models.

Your use of the Services is governed by the Altrina Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• 11.1 Altrina's Rights: Altrina Corporation owns all rights in the platform, software, AI models, design elements, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
• 11.2 You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly permitted.

• 12.1 You may stop using the Services at any time.
• 12.2 Altrina may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or unlawful activity.
• 12.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

• 13.1 No Warranty: The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
• 13.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altrina's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• 13.3 Indirect Damages: Altrina is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• 13.4 These limits apply even if Altrina has been advised of possible damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altrina from claims arising out of:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of others' rights
• Your use of AI-generated content in violation of law or third-party policies

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is San Mateo County, California.

• 16.1 Except for disputes eligible for small claims court, all claims will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• 16.2 No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis, and not as a class or collective action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
